2nd and 3rd Graders Time to Shine!

Our 2nd and 3rd graders had the opportunity to show off their hard work and dedication on Friday, March 28th. This was our Enrichment Cluster Showcase day. The 2nd and 3rd grade students were placed on different time shift throughout the morning.  The students were the docents at their display and were able to explain and demonstrate to visitors what they learned and accomplished during their eight meetings in their enrichment cluster.

We had over 200 visitors that morning and everyone was impressed with the knowledge of our students and the products of the showcase. We were excited to welcome several visitors from RRISD: Carla Amacher (Assistant Superintendent, Elementary Education), Lannon Heflin (Informational Technology Services, Director), Robert Autry (Informational Technology Services, Elementary Education) and Jeff Uselman (Informational Technology Services). We also had two vistors from Barton Creek Elementary in Eanes ISD. We have been working with them all school year to help them on their SEM journey.
